This Side Up creates interesting online applications... my only complaint: they don't have demos. I'm not entirely sure I want to take the time to sign up to figure out which ones would be helpful to me.

Microsoft redesigns ... and I'm digging it. My only complaint is that the ad space and logo are so large, it pushes the content I care about too far down the page. This seems to be a very marketing oriented decision which could be the right way to go depending on their end goal.
The menu on the right also seems a little out of place.
